This profound background has equipped her with a compassionate, highly grounded perspective on how early life experiences shape an individual's well-being, providing her with the unique insight necessary to drive meaningful organizational growth. Her professional journey includes vital frontline experience working for the State of Tennessee alongside New Hope Children’s Advocacy Center, complemented by her background as a mental health therapist. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, she served vulnerable children and families navigating crisis and trauma.
