Ron received his graduate MHA degree from the Medical College of Virginia of Virginia Commonwealth University in 1975.  For 25 years he has served as a hospital administrator, eighteen of which was as the Chief Executive Officer at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee.  He is now retired and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coaching.Life Matters.
