Total Eclipse of Love
On August 21, people from all over the world came to our hometown of Nashville to watch the solar eclipse. We had special viewing glasses and if you didn’t have the glasses, you couldn’t see it. To say the least, it was an incredible and unforgettable experience!On every television channel, the exact time was predicted, so we were all waiting for the moments of “totality” when the sun would be hidden behind the moon. It was a beautiful experience and it happened exactly as those who study the heavens and the stars said it would.
My experience of the total eclipse
My granddaughter, Sydney, came over to our house, fixed lunch and we went in and out of the air conditioned kitchen, waiting and watching. Then it happened,garida.net just as predicted. His closest friends were frightened because he said he was going to be killed. They were ready to fight for him, but he took away their weapons. (ESV)In the course of my life, I have studied this man more than any other teacher on the planet. I put on the glasses of faith 56 years ago. Everything he said about life has come true. If I don’t put the glasses of faith on each morning, all I see is the darkness of my own soul and the darkness of the desperation all throughout the world.Every person faces two universal issues. There are no exceptions. One issue is death. The other issue is human value.This expert I have come to know, who lived in human history, who defeated death and established the worth of each person said, “You are forgiven.” He is the only expert in the course of human history who has arisen from death and now lives.
The good news
So, the good news is that you can put on your faith glasses and have the opportunity to witness and experience beauty beyond description. If you don’t have the glasses, then you can’t see it any more than we could see the eclipse on August 21, 2017.Jesus has educated us about human beings. And, he is right about the stars and heavens as well. He is also right about where real love is and how to live a life free of fear and to practice the freedom of the soul.During 9/11, everyone sought the glasses of faith to see. And, when the storms of life come, we all go looking for those glasses. However, as often is the case, when the storm is over, people return to living a life without those glasses.I would say to you: Don’t wait until the day of the eclipse to educate yourself and to discover the joy of his Presence. He will give you glasses to experience life on a whole different level. He called it “abundant life.”Someone gave me the glasses to watch the eclipse. Someone wants to give you the classes of faith to experience life in all its totality. You just have to ask.You must seek what is true and real. You must do the work to put the glasses on, or you won’t even know what you are missing.This is the Master Truth: You are loved.
